BI-Mortar

Concrete replacement mortar, isolera BI mortar is mineral, cementitious, fast-setting and water pressure-tight.
It is used for repairing and sealing structures against water under pressure and capillary water.

BI mortar is used as a concrete replacement mortar for repairing and sealing structures against water under pressure and capillary water, for repairing damaged areas on concrete in accordance with the profile. It is universally applicable, resin-modified and gypsum-free.

isolera BI mortar is a resin-modified filling and concrete replacement mortar for filling, smoothing and felting concrete and masonry. It cures without cracking or shrinkage and adheres to many substrates such as concrete, reinforcing steel and masonry. No additional anti-corrosion coating required for reinforcing steel. Waterproof, chloride and sulphate free.

With isolera BI mortar is used for filling and levelling of break-outs up to 60 mm layer thickness in masonry, unreinforced and reinforced concrete. No further anti-corrosion coating is required.

It serves as a corrosion protection coating, as a bonding slurry for reinforcing steel and concrete/masonry, waterproof as well as shrinkage-free coarse mortar and fine mortar or filler.

BI mortar is suitable for all filling depths from 2 mm. It is applied in layers.
