Crack Epoxy – The optimal solution for filling cracks

Crack Epoxy is a complete set that has been specially developed for filling cracks and firmly bonding cracks and false joints. With the help of Crack Epoxy, you can quickly and easily repair cracks and false joints in cement screeds and concrete, creating a smooth and even surface.

The epoxy resin binder for force-fit filling

The complete set consists of isolera I 101, an unpigmented, low-viscosity epoxy resin binder for force-fit filling. This binder is particularly easy to apply and offers excellent adhesion to cement screeds and concrete. The screed clips included in the set are inserted into the cleaned crack and then the I 101 resin is poured into the crack. To achieve even better adhesion, the crack is then sprinkled with quartz sand.

Application

Applying crack epoxy is very easy. After thoroughly cleaning the cracks and false joints, screed clips are inserted into the crack. Then Resin I 101 is poured into the crack and sprinkled with quartz sand to ensure better adhesion.

The use of crack epoxy can significantly improve the durability of the screed. This is because cracks and false joints can allow moisture and dirt to penetrate the screed, thereby compromising the stability of the floor. However, crack epoxy can be used to repair these weak points quickly and effectively.
